As the only “BTR”, Iberian Yield participated, together with our local partner, with the rental housing company “Lagoom Living” in November at Simed, Mediterranean Real Estate Exhibition, 2022 in Malaga, Spain. Three intense days of trade fairs with over 8000 visitors focusing on the real estate sector.
Our Lagoom Living stand was visited by Francisco de la Torre, the Mayor of Malaga, the Director General of AVRA, the President of the Provincial Council and the Secretary General of the Junta de Andalucía Housing Board, among others.
The fair discussed challenges and trends in the sector at a global level, public-private partnerships to promote affordable housing and the transition to building housing for rent.
The fair is considered one of the main meeting places in the real estate sector and the most important housing platform on the Andalusian coast. It brings together investors, real estate developers and public sector leaders. The fair also highlights how we can focus on a more sustainable and digital property development by presenting the latest in “proptech”, property technology. The next fair will be held between 9th and 11th November 2023.
