I Distrito Universidad, Málaga, utvecklar Lagoom Living REIM en ny typ av stadsdel – en smart och hållbar bostadsmiljö där innovation och gemenskap går hand i hand.
Projektet omfattar 530 energieffektiva hyresbostäder, finansierade genom Next Generation EU. Det är ett viktigt steg inom spansk stadsutveckling och kombinerar moderna bostadslösningar med hållbara teknologier för att minska miljöpåverkan. Området är utformat för att stärka gemenskap och livskvalitet, med gemensamma ytor som uppmuntrar grannsamverkan och socialt engagemang.
Ett bostadsprojekt som inte bara erbjuder tak över huvudet, utan också skapar en ny modell för hur framtidens städer kan formas. De första familjerna flyttar in i december 2026.

The neighborhood of the future takes shape in Málaga
In Distrito Universidad, Málaga, Lagoom Living REIM is developing a new kind of neighborhood — a smart and sustainable living environment where innovation and community go hand in hand.
The project includes 530 energy-efficient rental homes, supported by Next Generation EU funding. More than just a housing project, this initiative represents a new model for the cities of the future. The first families are expected to move in by December 2026.
